Titanium and tungsten are very hard. These rings are not made from just the core metal, but from its alloys. Tungsten alloys are harder than the alloys of titanium, although it would take abrasion from diamonds to be able to damage either of the two.
Titanium rings are very safe to wear for anyone, however, tungsten rings may have some cobalt embedded in its alloy, and a small segment of people may be allergic to this. Titanium rings, on the other hand, is very unreactive, making it a great option for people allergic to most metals.
Titanium rings are lighter than tungsten rings because they have a lower density. Titanium alloys are over 40% lighter than stainless steel alloys while tungsten is over 90% heavier than stainless steel. Moreover, Titanium wedding rings can have different colors and patterns while tungsten rings are usually found in black.
Looking at the fact that these titanium wedding rings are safe, hard, non-allergenic, light and also available in different patterns and colors, it would be very possible to stray from the usual gold wedding ring and go with something modern and practical. You can also go with tungsten although titanium wedding rings are relatively cheaper.
